Read these two documents for details on the Union’s By-Laws, objectives, memberships and dues, the Executive Council and their elections, general membership meetings, meeting quorums, contract ratifications, rules of order and Executive Council recalls.
Union by-laws have been established to clarify additional procedures, duties, and methods.
Any proposed amendment to the Bylaws, submitted to the President by a signed petition of twenty-five (25%) percent of the union membership or by majority vote of the Executive Council, will be submitted to the general membership for approval.
